HIGH PLAY IN FAVOUR

TODAY’S WINGATUI FIELDS The second day of the Dunedin Jockey Club’s summer meeting at Wingatui today has drawn excellent fields, and the racing promises to be of a high standard. The presence of the champion Kindergaarten in the Hazlett Gold Cup will be an attraction. The fields are in many cases stronger than those on Cup day, and the public will probably find favourites much more difficult - to locate. The track yesterday was rei ported to be in good order, but on the t slow side.
