GREATER LONDON PLAN: A Greater London Plan, containing proposals for the decentralization of over 1,000,000 persons to other districts, including eight or 10 new satellite towns, has been outlined in an official booklet. The author of the plan is Professor Patrick Abercrombie, who was commissioned in 1942 to draw up proposals by the standing conference on London regional planning. (London.)
