DEMAND FOR END OF INTERVENTION
Joint Rally To Be Held In London (Rec. 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, December 15. ' The Common Wealth and Communist Parties are holding a joint rally in London, on December 17 to demand an end to British armed intervention in Greece, the withdrawal of the veto on a Greek Left Coalition Government, and recall of the British Ambassador, Mr Reginald Leeper. Sir Richard Acland, leader of the Common Wealth Party, said his post bag on Greece was one of the largest he had received in months. There seemed to be a spontaneous feeling of disgust and horror everywhere.
