GUERRILLA WAR PLANNED

German Resistance After Defeat (Rec. 9.30 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 15. Correspodents with the American 9th Army state that information obtained from inside Germany indicates that the Nazis have prepared a master plan for five years of underground warfare against the Allies after the collapse of the German Army. Reports state that Himmler began to draw up the plan at the end of 1943. The plan provides for: — 1. —Open warfare directed from Hitler’s mountain headquarters. 2. —Sabotage and guerrilla activity by partisan bands. 3. —Propaganda warfare by some 200,000 Nazi followers in Europe and elsewhere, particularly in South America. Crack troops are already stated to be established in underground strongholds in Austria, Bavaria, and the Italian alpine area, to which Nazi leaders intend to flee. Himmler is stated to have introduced during the last 12 months a scheme for the establishment of double identities for his henchmen through the use of identity cards from dead soldiers and civilians killed in the air raids.” PREPARING FOR THIRD WORLD WAR Soviet Bulletin Accuses Germany (Rec. 9.45 p.m.) WASHINGTON, December 15. A bulletin issued by the Soviet Embassy declares that Germany is preparing for a third world war and has chosen Spain and Argentina for the preservation of Hitlerite reserves. Spain is the storehouse and portage for German capital which is now organizing an industrial place d’armes of Fascist aggression. Money and material, representing the embryo of the new German war machine, is flowing through secret channels from Spain to Argentina. The crowd of German agents who were rushed to Argentina are now creating a storage place for German capital and secret military inventions in the western hemisphere.
