The combined train and Lake Steamer service will operate between Lumsden and Queenstown during the period the road service is suspended. INVERCARGILL-GARSTON Friday, 22nd December, 1944: The 4.0 p.m. Invercargill-Garston service will be delayed to leave Invercargill at 5.0 p.m. Monday, 25th December, 1944: The 7.0 a.m. Garston-Invercargill and 4.0 p.m. Invercargill-Garston services will be cancelled Friday, 29th December, 1944: The 4.0 p.m. Invercargill-Garston service will be delayed to leave Invercargill at 5.0 p.m. Monday, Ist January, 1945: The 7.0 a.m. Garston-Inverpargill and 4.0 p.m. Invercargill-Garston services will be cancelled LUMSDEN-MOSSBURN-MATUKU Monday, 25th December, 1944 and Monday, Ist January, 1945 : Timetable suspended.
