PROVISION OF FUNDS IN AUSTRALIA (P.A.) WELLINGTON, December 13. With reference to the new issue of Wilcox Mofflin Limited shares, advice of which was received during the last few days, the Stock Exchange Association has been advised by the Reserve Bank that funds cannot be provided to enable New Zealand shareholders to take up the new shares. The funds must be provided by a shareholder selling sufficient rights in Australia to create enough to pay for the balance, or by selling in Australia any other securities. As acceptances of the new shares must be in the company's hands by December 29, the bank advises that shareholders may assume that the necessary permission will be granted for the sale of any rights. RAW MATERIALS BOARD IN WASHINGTON New Appointment For Sir Henry Self (8.0.W.) RUGBY, December 12. Sir Charles Hambro has relinquished his position as United Kingdom member of the Combined Raw Materials Board and head of the British Raw Materials Mission in Washington. His place on the Combined Raw Materials Board will be taken by Sir Henry Self, who will combine the duties with those he already performs on the Combined Production and Resources Board. The deputy member on the Combined Raw Materials Board will be Mr George Archer, who will also act as head of the British Raw Materials Mission. AUSTRAL-N.Z. REPORT (P.A.) WELLINGTON, December 13.
