GERMAN WOMEN IN BATTLE ZONES
(Rec. 10.45 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 12. The Germans show a clear intention to send women to the battle zones, says the Stockholm correspondent of The Times. One authoritative statement, published in Berlin, says that training has already removed traces of sex differences between male and female soldiers and that a long time ago a large proportion of German women were called up in their year classes and have been trained in ordinary barracks by male N.C.Os.
