(Special) WELLINGTON, November 5. Following is the special forecast for Southland issued by the Meteorological Office this evening for the period ending 5 p.m. tomorrow: — A weak anti-cyclone over the north Tasman extends to the South Island. A trough is moving on to the south Tasman from the west. Moderate and variable winds, tending north-westerly. Weather fair to fine and rather milder.
