CANADIAN CONGRESS OF LABOUR
Foreign Policy Approved (Rec. 7 p.m.) OTTAWA, October 22. The annual meeting of the Canadian Congress of Labour has approved the following foreign policy: (1) All possible efforts should be made to achieve early victory; (2) The promotion of international co-operation among peaceloving nations; (3) The promotion of unrestricted trade and economic cooperation; (4) Canadian membership in the Pan-American Union; (5) Stronger relations between Canada and Russia with a pact similar to that between Britain and Russia.
