SERVICEMEN ENTERTAINED
NIGHTCAPS.— Privates Leslie Purdue and T. Forde were welcomed home at a function held in the Coronation Hall, Nightcaps. Speeches welcoming the men on behalf of the residents were made by Mr D. Sinclair, chairman of the Patriotic Society, Mr T. Thompson, chairman of the Nightcaps Town Board, Mr R. Murray, president of the R.S.A., and Mr J. E. Lewis, chairman of the Ohai Patriotic Society. A welcome was also extended to Leading Stoker R. Nisbet, who is home on leave.
