PINE NEEDLES CAUSE BLAZE--The City Fire Brigade received a call at 3 p.m. on Saturday to Queen’s Park, where a fire had broken out in dry pine needles under the trees. The outbreak was easily extinguished by means of a hand pump. It is thought that the fire was caused through children playing with matches.
