REUNION OF HOME GUARDSMEN
In order to keep alive the community spirit that was fostered and the friendships that were formed in the days of Home Guard training, B company of the Invercargill battalion of the Guard is to hold a social evening today week. All men, who at any time were members of the company, are invited to be present. The company held a very successful reunion last year and it is hoped that the coming function will be equally successful. The social committee of the company has already met to make the necessary arrangements which are now well in hand.
