(Rec. 11.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, May 8. The London correspondent of The Herald Tribune learns on good authority that Mr Churchill has placed the subject of emigration to the Dominions high on the agenda of the Prime Ministers’ conference., Thousands of British fighting men dream of a future in some Dominion. The post-war years will probably see the greatest emigration of young Britons to the Dominions since Queen Victoria’s expansion programme. The British Tommy hopes to find a broader life, better diet and a greater chance for his children on the Corn-' monwealth’s frontiers than in traditionbound Britain. The eternal call of new lands is as strong as ever, and stronger than in the past two generations.
