SOUTH INVERCARGILL MAYORALTY
The Mayor of South Invercargill, Mr Owen Smith, said yesterday that he would again be a candidate for the mayoralty at the elections next month. It is understood that a second candidate may be nominated. Mr Smith will also be a candidate for a seat on the Southland Hospital Board as the representative of the combined districts of South Invercargill, Winton, Bluff and Stewart Island.
