Gradually Improving (Special) WELLINGTON, June 28. Following is the special weather forecast for Southland issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington:— Fresh to strong south-westerly winds. The weather cold, changeable and showery with further snow on the ranges, but conditions gradually improving.
