REPORTED SUNK.—A message from Guayaquil, Ecuador, says the motor-ship, Santa Maria, en route from Panama with 120 passengers sank on Thursday night off Cape Pasado, which is a dangerous navigational area. No details are available. (New York). REFUGEES FROM MARTINIQUE.— Approximately 1000 refugees from Martinique have arrived in New York afterescaping individually or in groups to various Caribbean Islands, where a steamer collected them. They include 600 men planning to join the Fighting French and also 342 sailors and merchant seamen.
