CHARGES OF THEFT
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, September 30. After brief evidence by the final Crown witness. Raymond John Watts, aged 28, was committed for trial on charges of theft and failure to account to Woolworths (N.Z.) Ltd., by whom he was formerly employed. The amount involved in the 20 charges is £16,220. There is also a charge of forging a receipt and another of accepting a bribe.
