VICHY RESISTANCE ON MADAGASCAR

(Rec. 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 26. Paris radio announced that M. Annet, Vichy Governor-General of Madagascar, had established new headquarters at Port Dauphin, on the East Coast of Madagascar near the island’s southern extremity. M. Annet had not given in.
