TRANSPORT BOARD’S SURPLUS; The Auckland Transport Board has a surplus of £2O 077 on the year’s working. The revenue was £2 819.058 and the expense £2,798,981. The increased revenue over the previous year was £72,677, attributed largely to the increased number of passengers carried because of the petrol restrlctions.-P.A.
