WILL FLY RIGHT WAY NOW
(Rec. 9.15 p.m.) NEW YORK, March 1. It is reported from Longbeach (California) that Douglas Corrigan, who flew the wrong way from New York to California in 1938 and landed in Ireland, has joined the army ferrying command. As he departed on his first delivery flight he declared: “Don’t worry. I am taking these army planes the right way now.”
