ANNUAL MEETING OF KINDERGARTEN
The annual meeting of the Wharepuna Free Kindergarten, Bowmont street, was held on Wednesday evening, when the following office-bearers were re-elected: Chairman, Mr A. B. Frampton; secretary and treasurer, Mr G. O. Grant; committee, Mesdames Grant, Frampton and Strathern, Misses Gilfedder and Murray, Mr W. Finn; delegate to the council, Mrs Strathern. The report and balance-sheet showed a successful and profitable year’s work, the greater proportion of the funds being raised at the dances held by the committee.
