(Rec. 10 p.m.) CAIRO, February 25. A common plan has been worked out in the Middle East and is being executed with proper co-operation between widely varied fields, including political, naval, military, air, economic and shipping interests, said Mr Oliver Lyttelton in a farewell interview today.
