JAPAN AND TREATMENT OF PRISONERS OF WAR
(Rec. 5.30 p.m.) OTTAWA, Jan. 20. The Government has received official information from Tokyo that Japan, although not a party to the international convention regarding prisoners, has agreed to treat Canadian prisoners according to this convention.
