SOUTHLAND WOMEN’S CRICKET CLUB
The Southland Women’s Cricket Club at a meeting held this week congratulated the president of the club (Mrs T. M. Noble) on the invitation extended to her by the New Zealand Women’s Cricket Council to be president of the council. It was reported that the winner of the competition which had been held to raise money for the club was G. L. Watson, Liddel street.
