APPEALS AGAINST RATING
Appeals against the rating classification of the Southland County Council for the proposed Waimea (Black Swamp) drainage work have included several from farmers. The appeals will be heard at Gore on September 19 by the Magistrate (Mr R. C. Abernethy).
