Fair To Fine (Special) WELLINGTON, August 22. Following is the special weather forecast for Southland issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington:— Light to moderate and variable winds; the weather fair to fine and cool. At 1 o’clock this morning the weather was cold and clear. The barometer reading was 30.10 in (rising). The weather in Invercargill yesterday was fine and calm, and the sun shone brightly.
