Fair To Fine .(Special) WELLINGTON, July 28. Following is the special weather forecast for Southland issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington: Moderate to fresh north-easterly to northerly winds. The weather fair to fine and cold. The weather in Invercargill yesterday was fine and sunny. There was a cold north-easterly wind during the day. At 1 o’clock this morning the weather was cold and a south-westerly wind was blowing. The barometer reading was 30.20 in (falling).
