HOME GUARD SMOKE CONCERT

SOCIAL EVENING FOR F COMPANY With the object of creating a spirit of good fellowship among members, F company of the Invercargib Home Guard held a smoke concert on Saturday night. There was an attendance of over 50. Among the guests were the area commander (Captain W. Bell), Captain J. E. Cuthill and the adjutant, Mr G. M. Broughton. The chair was taken by the officer commanding the company (Mr J. G. Gasparich). A varied programme of humorous and musical items was presented.
