MAN KILLED IN CAR ACCIDENT
BROTHER SERIOUSLY INJURED (P.A.) AUCKLAND, May 27. One man was killed and his two brothers were injured when the motorcar in which they were travelling from Auckland to Whitford last night left the road and crashed down a bank into a culvert. The victim was:—
Mervin Ashley Kelly, aged about 30, a share-milker, of Whitford. One brother, Keith Kelly, aged 24, received concussion and head injuries and was admitted to the Auckland Hospital in a serious condition but the other, Lionel Kelly, aged 27, who suffered lacerations, was treated in the casualty department and discharged.
