TRAMWAY REVENUE SHOWS INCREASE
A .abstantial increase in tramway revenue has been shown during the present financial year, according to a report presented to the City Council last night. It showed that in January the revenue was £1787 compared with £l6BB for the same month last year. For the first 10 months of the financial year the revenue was £18,194 compared with £17,155 in 1939-40 and £16,758 in 1938-39.
