WAIAU JUNIOR TEAM BEATS RIVERTON The Waiau junior team beat the Riverton juniors at Tuatapere by 21 points to nil. The Waiau backs were superior and were responsible for most of the points. The Riverton forwards packed a better scrum. For Waiau the points were scored by P. Scott (two tries), J. Horrell (two tries), E. Gorton (one try, one conversion and a field goal).
