MAGISTRATES COURT (Before H. J. Dixon, S.M.) In a civil claim, W. A. Anderson v. James D. Baird, judgment was entered for the plaintiff for the amount of the claim, £6/6/-, and costs £2/3/-. WARDEN’S COURT An application by Robert Ernest Elliott to surrender absolutely Mineral Licence No. 3578 comprising eight acres of Crown Land on the summit of Temple Peak on the boundary of Earnslaw and Glenorchy Survey Districts, was accepted. An application by Archibald Thomas Elliot to surrender absolutely Mineral Licence No. 3565 comprising five acres of Crown Land on the east side of Mt Mclntosh in the Glenorchy Survey District was accepted.
