LABOUR LEADER IN MOSCOW
(Received May 28, 11.30 p.m.) LONDON, May 28. Sir Stafford Cripps, K.C., M.P., the Labour leader, has gone to Moscow. The public is warned not to expect quick results. The present stalemate in the negotiations will continue if Russia is definitely pledged to help Germany to throw off the Allied contraband control, but if this is not so an agreement may be reached.
