OIL COMPANIES CITED IN CANADA
(Received April 30, 9.55 p.m.) VICTORIA (British Columbia), April 29. The Supreme Court of British Columbia has cited nine major oil companies for violation of the Dominions Combines Investigation Act due to refusal to serve retail outlets because of the provincial price-fixing order.
