TODAY’S RECIPE
CHOCOLATE ROCK CAKES Boz flour. 3oz granulated sugar. 3oz margarine or cooking butter. A little milk. 1 good teaspoon baking powder. 1 dessertspoon cocoa. 1 egg. Sieve the flour and. cocoa into a basin and rub in the margarine. Add the sieved sugar and baking powder. Beat the egg and add to the mixture and then add sufficient milk to make a stiff ish consistency. Put in small rough heaps on a well-greased tin and bake in a fairly hot oven for 15 minutes.
