SUPREME COURT LIST
QUARTERLY SESSION IN INVERCARGILL ONLY ONE CRIMINAL CASE The first of this year’s three-monthly sessions of the Supreme Court m Invercargill will open on Tuesday, before Mr Justice Kennedy. There is . only one criminal case, the calendar being a light one. The list of cases is as follows: CRIMINAL CASES For trial—Graham Crozier, alleged breaking, entering, and theft. CIVIL CASES (Before a Judge and Jury of twelve) Catherine Sara Blanch v. John Boyd and Gordon N. Boyd, claim for £664/18/0 damages, alleged negligent driving of a motor car. ' (Before a Judge alone) James Munro v. Macalisters Limited, alleged infringement of letters patent; injunction and £lOOO damages. Norah Mary Barry v. the official assignee in bankruptcy of the property of Charles S. Longuet, £750 money lent and £ll/16/8 interest. Re Elizabeth Von Rome, motion for discharge in bankruptcy. Re Graham (deceased), motion on petition for the consent of the Court to the sale of land.
