PERMITS FOR OIL FUEL
CERTIFICATE REPLACES SPECIAL LICENCE From March 1 the special petrol licences at present being issued to users of motor spirits will be available in exceptional cases only. For general purposes the licence will be replaced by a certificate and unnumbered sets of two-gallon coupons. The certificate will be renewable monthly, but licensees will not be requested to complete a fresh application monthly as at present unless one is specially required. Provision has been made for the issue of duplicate sets of coupons in cases where the original sets have been lost or destroyed. A statutory declaration must accompany the application.
