Wilkins Ltd. (Mr J. C. Prain) proceeded against Archibald McKenzie (Mr N. L. Watson) claiming damages amounting to £6/10/- arising out of a motor-car collision on ?.ugust 25 last year on the road between Riverton and Colac Bay. The statement of claim alleged that the accident was caused by negligence on the part of ihe defendant. After evidence had been heard, the plaintiff was non-suited, the Magistrate remarking that the plaintiff had not proved his case to the Court’s satisfaction. Costs amounting to £2/1/- were awarded to the defendant.
