ENJOYABLE CONCERT An enjoyable concert in aid of the Sunday School and the Busy Bees was given in the Gorge Road hall. There was a good attendance. The Rev. H. Sansom, after refering to the work done during the year, opened the proceedings. The programme, in which the children’s choir played a prominent part, provided bright, varied and thoroughly enjoyable entertainment. During the evening a report was read of the year’s work. A junior Bible Class had been started, with a membership of 13. There were 13 on the Sunday School roll, 14 on the Cradle Roll, and 23 in the Busy Bee “hive,” it was stated. During the year £6/2/- had been given to missions at home and abroad, and a parcel of “peggy quilts” was sent to India.
