On the application of solicitors in the Southland district probate or letters of administration have been granted in the following deceased persons’ estates: James Allan Kennedy, of Tuturau, farm labourer (Bowler, Bannerman and Howells). David Baird, of Knapdale, farmer (Bowler, Bannerman and Howells). Thomas Broom, of Wyndham, retired surfaceman (Mr C. E. Davey, Wyndham). Francis Guise, of Invercargill, retired farmer (Macalister Bros.). John Mann, of Wallacetown, blacksmith (Macalister Bros.). Lavinia Wyatt Purves, of Invercargill, widow (Watson and Watson). Emily Latham, of Invercargill, married woman (Mr T. V. Mahoney). Thomas Ayson, of Invercargill, retired farmer (Stout, Lillicrap and Hewat). Theresa Eliza Feodora Darragh, of Invercargill, married woman (Mr J. Robertson).
