EUCHRE EVENING A euchre evening run by the Wairio branch of the Women’s Institute was held in the public hall, when there was a good attendance. The prize winners were:—Women: Mrs M. Forde 1; Consolation: Miss D. Forde. Men: Mr Joe Valli 1; consolation, Mr A. Keen.
