SCHEME CONSIDERED BY OTAGO ASSOCIATION (United Press Association) DUNEDIN, May 25. With a view to improving the standard of cricket the Otago Association is considering a district scheme with a club in each area, South, Central, West and North, thus reducing the number of clubs from 18 to four and with only four senior teams in place of the present eight. The scheme will be submitted to clubs for consideration at a later meeting. WEST INDIES v. OXFORD LONDON, May 24.
