LABOURER GUILTY OF THEFT
(United Press Association) HASTINGS, May 24.
Charged with the theft of £55 at Napier on April 8, Ernest Clark, a labourer, was found guilty by the Supreme Court at Napier today. It was alleged that Clark took a roll of notes from an intoxicated man. He was remanded for sentence to Friday.
