CLAIM BY CYCLIST DISMISSED
MOTORIST FOUND NOT GUILTY OF NEGLIGENCE (United Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, May 24. A claim for £BOO general and £7/7/special damages made by James Laurence Withers against Roger M. Muskett for injuries suffered when his bicycle collided with Muskett’s car near Sumner on May 8, 1937, was dismissed today by a Supreme Court jury, which found Muskett not guilty of negligence.
