FOUR AIR FORCE MEN KILLED

BRITISH BOMBER CRASHES LONDON, May 23. The four members of the crew were killed when a Hampden bomber crashed near Newark. The pilot at 500 feet pulled out of a dive but the bomber dived again and burst into flames. Three of the victims were killed outright. The fourth man was dragged from the burning bomber as the petrol tanks exploded and he died later.
