POTATOES IN HALF SHELL (Variation of Baked Potatoes)

Choose medium-sized ‘potatoes with an unbroken skin. Wash thoroughly, dry and bake in a hot oven (450 degrees F.) for 45 to 50 minutes, or till pliable when pressed with the fingers. Remove frdm oven. Cut off top slice. Scoop out interior. Mash, and to each cup of potato add one teaspoonful butter, salt and pepper to taste and sufficient hot milk to make the correct con-szst-CTicy f Replace in shell and brown off peaks in hot oven. Garnish with parsley and paprika and serve.
