Secretary of Hospital Board
A meeting of the Southland Hospital Board was held yesterday to deal with the applications for the position of secretary to the board in succession to Mr T. Pryde, the present secretary, who has announced his pending retirement. There were 82 applications for the position, and the board selected three names which it will send on to the department for its recommendation.
