WEDDING

WINEFIELD—RAINES On Saturday, February 4, at First Presbyterian Church, Invercargill, the marriage took place of Nina, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs E. M. Raines and John, only son of Mr and Mrs W. J. Winefield, of Anderson’s Bay, Dunedin. The minister was the Rev. J. A. Thomson. The bride wore an attractive Matita suit in clarges pink with black accessories, and a shoulder spray of cream abutilons.

Only nearest relations were present, and later Mrs Raines received the guests at her home in Yarrow street. Mr and Mrs John Winefield left Dunedin during the week by plane for Palmerston North, where they will reside.
