SUPREME COURT AT DUNEDIN
(United Press Association) DUNEDIN, February 10. The Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, admitted William Palmer Foley for attempted breaking and entering to two years’ probation. In the case against Colin Raymond Wills, found guilty of indecently assaulting a male, sentence was postponed until the question of the admissibility of certain evidence was decided by the Appeal Court.
