BAY OF ISLANDS ELECTION

JUDGES APPOINTED TO TRY PETITION (United Press Association) WELLINGTON, December 15. The Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) and Mr Justice Blair have been appointed Judges to try the election petition in North Auckland, according to a notice in the Gazette tonight. The petition is against the return and election of Mr C. W. Boswell (Lab.) as a Member of Parliament for the Bay of Islands, and prays that it may be determined that Mr H. F. Guy (Nat.) was duly elected.
